②, The balance of Cr+Cu+Mo is under 0.50%.
Introduction low-temperature structural steel (X2CrNiMoN17-11-2)
The total content of the alloy elements is 5% ~ 10%, and the microstructure depends on the heat treatment system. 9Ni steel is a typical steel type. There are two commonly used heat treatment systems. One is 900 tempered normalizing plus 790 tempering normalizing plus 570 tempering tempering, the other is 800 tempered water quenching plus 570 tempering. After quenching, the microstructure is low carbon horse low body. After normalizing, it is organized into low carbon martensite plus ferrite and a small amount of high carbon austenite. 9Ni steel has excellent toughness at low temperature under 196. The sensitivity of phosphorus to the tempering brittleness of 9Ni steel should be strictly controlled. 5Ni steel is mainly through the optimization of chemical composition and heat treatment method to control the three levels of organization, which is similar with the strength and toughness of 9Ni steel in 162 C and C 196 under low temperature.
The total content of alloying elements > 10%, for austenite, has very good toughness at low temperature, in 196 ~ 296 degrees Celsius temperature remains very high toughness. The chromium nickel austenite low temperature steel contains Cr18% and Ni9%, and the chromium free nickel austenite low temperature steel contains M23% to 26% and A1% - 4%, and the toughness of the low temperature steel is similar. It is generally used after solid solution treatment.
